Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, including PDFs, printables, templates, and other downloadable files, are delivered instantly after purchase.

No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.

If you do not receive your download right away, please check:

  • your spam or junk folder
  • your order confirmation page

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
